HOW THE COURSE WORKS?
For 12 weeks, Tom will personally guide you on how to use mindful running and active meditation to apply mental and emotional triggers training to get you into the Flow state.
It's a well-designed practice that will teach you how to use the powerful mind-body-soul connection to overcome self-doubt and build unbreakable resilience and self-confidence. The main lesson will be dropped weekly, along with short video training dropped five days a week.
This course combines Tom’s expertise in helping hundreds of people, scientific research and expert analysis to introduce an innovative approach in increasing self-awareness and developing your concentration levels.
