"I am an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness and have been running myself for 30 years. I lead Flitch Green Runners, and I am also a coach at Grange Farm and Dunmow Runners. Gareth Snelson

"As a personal trainer with almost 20 years of experience, I have found over the years that just pushing people to do more does not work - and can sometimes have the opposite effect! I champion a very different approach. Move. Move well. Move Often. Move with intention, in ways that promote good health. I am the founder and event director of Milton Keynes parkrun, as well as a coach at Redway Runners. My focus is on helping people to truly enjoy their running experience and reduce the risk of injury."

Sue Jewell
