What is Flow Mastery Workshop?

Flow Mastery Workshop is a neuroscience-based program teaching how to unlock hyper-focus, get into the flow, and hold it comfortably throughout the day to achieve peak performance in the workplace and everyday life. It is delivered as a six-hour virtual or live interactive workshop and can be run as a full day or as six one-hour sessions

What does it mean to be in the flow?

Flow is defined as an optimal state of consciousness, a state where you feel your best and perform your best.


Flow is often described as a mental state in which people experience complete immersion and involvement in an activity. The term refers to those moments of rapt attention and total absorption when you get so focused on the task at hand that everything else disappears and things happen almost effortlessly.

Anyone on earth can access the state of flow.


In our mindful running module, we will teach you how to repeatedly, on-demand, introduce flow to any area of your life.

Session 1 - 60 minutes


Flow Triggers And Pre-Conditions

This session will cover the deep science of what triggers a flow state, along with a roadmap to deploy these triggers.


What you will learn:

  • How the brain works in the state of flow. A scientific explanation of neurochemical reactions and their impact on motivation, learning, and creativity
  • Science-based roadmap to deploy psychological, environmental, social and creative triggers and pre-conditions to produce more flow
  • Research-backed tools to help you get into the flow and achieve peak performance

Session 2 - 60 minutes


The Most Common Flow Blockers

This session will cover the most common blockers of peak performance. We will simplify them and turn them into an actionable checklist.


What you will learn:

  • Recognizing which emotions disrupt the flow
  • Overcoming some of the biggest "flow blockers"
  • Gain clarity on your blind spots and where you can improve

Session 3 - 60 minutes


Four Stages Of Flow Cycle

In this session, you’ll learn about the four-stage flow cycle and how to build it into your own life so you can rapidly shift from flow to recovery and back. 


What you will learn:

  • Understanding that people have different states during performances, which require management
  • Mastering the flow cycle: from struggle and release to flow and recovery
  • How to regulate your recovery process and science-backed action steps to sleep better than you ever have before
  • Practical and science-backed steps to free yourself from stress and burnout, and get into a state of calm and relaxation, attracting more flow and effortless performance

Session 4 - 60 minutes


Simplicity And Boundaries To Protect Flow

In this session, you will learn how peak performers set boundaries and simplify their lives to protect their time, energy and attention.


What you will learn:

  • Understanding how external regulators control our attention, motives and behaviours
  • How to take steps to simplify every part of your life and reduce time spent on work, boosting your productivity at the same time
  • A science-backed step-by-step process to avoid overwhelming and build an optimal workflow environment

Session 5 - 60 minutes


Psychobiology, Mindful Running And Active Meditation

In this session, we'll teach you how to make your biology work for you, not against you. You will master the inalienable habits that science tells everyone must perform, to maximize performance.


What you will learn:

  • How to hydrate your system and make your entire body work and support your thinking and decision-making process
  • Simple 3-minute daily exercises to train your mind to stay in the present moment
  • Pattern recognition exercises to train your mind to look for the patterns of happiness
  • Learn your unique biorhythms to type into limitless motivation, clarity and flow
  • How to practice mindfulness and active meditation during your daily runs or any other physical activity

Session 6 - 60 minutes


Building A High Flow Lifestyle

At this point, you'll have the tools for peak performance at hand and we'll integrate them into your life so you can start living at the upper end of your potential.



What you will learn:

  • How to build flow triggered goals and harness the challenge-skill balance to introduce yourself into insanely deep, long states of flow
  • How to build the skills to replicate the flow in the different areas of your life
  • The step-by-step daily routine, backed by science, and optimal for flow
